Hardscaping creates character to the house and it adds value to the property. It isn’t necessary but it’s worth investing in to make your house into the home of your dreams.
Modern Landscape will work with you by incorporating your existing plants into the blue prints. If there are certain plants that you already have and want to continue to keep we will do our best to help reach your goals.

There is no such answer because of to many variables, such as is it a raised patio, is the work out front or in the back yard, is it all hand work or can we use a machine.
Correct any problem from installation the first year, and correct any settling 3/8″ 0r more up to the 5 year anniversary date. If the settling is created from something that we had nothing to do with such as over flowing gutters it is not covered.
We will replace the plant one time within the first year after being installed, if the plant dies due to natural causes. Damage caused by people, animals, lawn mowers, and lack of adequate water are not natural causes.
You will have a 5 year warranty for on all work against leakage as long as you do the entire job recommended to correct the problem. A lot of people want to take a let’s do the bare minimum, don’t want to spend the money and only want to do some of the work and see if that works.
